Students are responsible for making full or partial payment for their enrolled program before the deadlines set by ISAD (New York Art Studio). The required payments include:
If your visa application is denied, your tuition will be refunded upon receipt of a copy of the rejection letter. However, the following fees will not be refunded:
Additionally, any processing fees incurred during the refund process (such as bank wire fees or mailing fees) will be deducted from the refund amount.

Students are required to work with their Academic Advisor to finalize their schedule at the beginning of each semester and follow the confirmed schedule. To maintain F-1 student status and compliance with the I-20 requirements, attendance is mandatory for all classes.
Attendance will be taken twice during each 4-hour studio class:
ISAD (New York Art Studio) is pleased to accept all prospective students. At the start of enrollment, students will have a private counseling session, including an interview. During this session, the student’s previous artworks will be evaluated, and an individualized course of study will be designed to meet the student’s educational needs.
Students may switch classes or withdraw without penalty only if done two weeks prior to the start of the class. After this period, any changes or withdrawals may incur penalties or require special approval.
ISAD may grant a Leave of Absence (LOA) if the reason is deemed valid by the school’s officials. The following conditions apply:
If a student misses a class due to a legitimate reason, the following policy applies:
ISAD is not responsible for artwork or any other personal property left at the school. The school has no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Any artwork left after the end of the quarter will be discarded.
